DESCRIPTION: Since I myself was having troubles with coming up with a name for my future AoC character(s), I decided to make a few name files for gename, which is a name generator made by Laurent Dionisi, and it is made so that you can create your own name files for RPGs or anything you want. I have included some bonus namefiles that I found on the web, most of them, if not all, are made by Johan Danforth. INFO: The "[Nationality] [Gender].txt"-files are the names I used as the source for my name files, except StygianXTREME where I used a lot of Lovecraftian and Ancient Egyptian names aswell as from my own mind. IMO these names should only be used by people who plan to create REALLY evil characters :). These files can be found in the "Name Sources" folder under the gename directory. If you see a name with spaces in it like "Cae en" then it means they should be combined, into "Caeen". Furthermore, these names aren't 100% accurate, but they should give you a good example of how you should name your character. Some names may even look completely off base (e.g "Fle" as a Cimmerian name), in which case you should ignore them ;). Also if you get for example "Artiis" or "Arti is" you may change it to "Artis". THANKS: to Tarib at Conan.ch for hosting and source names, seventhsanctum.com for Lovecraftian names and touregypt.net for Ancient Egyptian names. Have fun :)
